Commercial Property Insights Recap

Stay up to date on the latest commercial property news, tips and insights.

On Thursday 19th September, Parkside Commercial Real Estate had the honour of co-hosting a group of almost 70 like-minded individuals for our Commercial Property Insights Evening. Including insightful, thought provoking discussions led by Hannas’ COO Charlie Martin, audience members had the opportunity to bring their questions, enquiries and thoughts to industry leaders for their genuine expertise.

Following an insightful Q&A from our very own director Aymen Sobbi, Hanna’s Brenton Thompson and My Space’s Pedro Tabizi, they delved into questions surrounding best industrial locations to invest in, suburbs for growth, industrial property vs residential property and the profile of a buyer.

After this discussion, Australian Finance Hub’s CEO Shane Petros took the floor to explain to clients the multiple avenues one can take financially to invest in an industrial property. Paired with DuoTax’s explanation of a successful tax-depreciation schedule as a landlord or owner of industrial property.

It was a great networking opportunity where our teams had the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals plus the added bonus of hosting the event in our own office.

Parkside Commercial in collaboration with Hannas, Australian Finance Hub and Myspace Industrial Agents thank everyone who attended such a successful event.
